Just to say thank you for yet another quality delivery.
Though a couple of days later than previous orders (still only 4 working days), it arrived extremely well packed (it always looks as if care has been taken to ensure damage will not occur) and all items were of really good quality (as I have come to expect of you now). A great touch on your part was the inclusion of a thermostat housing gasket along with the thermostat I ordered! I had forgotten this but you put one in, many thanks.

I have this morning received the above order - delivered to my door here in Ireland in around 3 days - impressive.
You might also be interested to know that the Land Rover main agent here in Tralee could not get the part for me before Monday at the earliest! They also wanted €70 plus VAT (at 21%) for the item - you charged me less than half that including the courier's charges.
I'm really impressed and will be most certainly using your excellent service again.

A quick note to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
I ordered the pump yesterday as my car had failed its MOT on this issue.
It is now just after 10 am and the pump is on the car and working fine, so by noon today it will have past the MOT. The garage could have supplied and fited a pump for £73 + VAT and they needed 2 days to get it and so on. So Thanks for your great service and I will recomend you to anyone !!

I have used your mail order website on more than half a dozen occasions and have always been astounded by the level of service I have received. Unlike many other parts websites yours is easy to use, I have rarely seen items out of stock, your prices are very competitive and the service and delivery is second to none. The latest example is when I ordered parts on Friday 6th November, they were dispatched that day and delivered mid morning today (9th November). I have never had to contact you after any deliveries regarding missing or incorrect parts on the order, it has al;ways arrived within 3 days and has always been correct. If only other mail order websites followed your example. Please find attached references for your company on a couple of 4x4 club forums, as I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to customers and other 4x4 users. Dear SirsI purchased an air to spring conversion kit from you a few months ago for my P38 Range Rover and would like to thank you for the excellent advise you gave me before I purchased the kit and the speedy dispatch of the kit to my home.My local garage fitted the kit for me at a cost of £135, they said the instructions supplied with the kit were superb.I have had the new springs fitted for two months now and have driven under all conditions (except off road). The springs are superb, I can hardly tell the difference, my wife couldn't tell any difference. Although I have lost the versatility of the different ride heights, I can tell you that the car handles better, especially on cornering.I hope these comments may be of value to other customers and not to take any notice of some adverse comments I have read about in some 4x4 forums.The best thing of course is that it feels as though I have had a great curse lifted from me waiting for the next suspension problem.
