The snow cowl is our version of the traditional ‘Snow Cowl’ fitted to military spec Defenders.

The snow cowl will prevent mud, leaves and snow from entering the heater intake and reducing the Defender heater performance.

The Defender heater intake system is fitted with a water trap and a one-way valve designed to allow water that enters the intake to drain out.

In reality this one-way valve collects debris and eventually blocks with sludge.

Fitting the all-weather cowl prevents moisture build-up within the heater intake system.

The contours of the snow cowl perfectly follow the profile of the wing and fits directly over the existing grille.

Please note when selecting your snow cowl:

= Right Hand Drive vehicle- to fit the Left wing/fender heater = Left Hand Drive vehicle- to fit the Right wing/fender heater intake.

*The Snow Cowl is designed to fit over the heater intake vent and is therefore sold as a single unit/cowl.
